I ran Process Monitor to see if there was any error, but this does not point to anything obvious. After a shaky start, importing movies via loader would cause it to crash, I overcame that by installing more codecs and quicktime. After downloading Fusion 8.2.1 a few days ago, I successfully installed and ran it. I am really hoping somebody can shed some light here.
